Americans are eligible to claim between $500

and $2,500 as part of a cyberattack settlement - find out when to claim

Americans have two months left to file claims

for their share of cyberattack payments.

San Andreas Regional Center (SARC) settled

a class action lawsuit alleging it failed to protect

consumer data through reasonable cybersecurity measures.

Providing specialized services to

Disabled individuals, the center is a medical system.

In the 2021 data breach, SARC notified those who were

eligible that their information may have been compromised.

In spite of the fact that SARC has not admitted any wrongdoing,

it has agreed to provide eligible claimants

with payments ranging from $500 to $2,500

These allegations may also be resolved by

an undisclosed sum for other claimants.
