a class action lawsuit alleging it failed to protect
consumer data through reasonable cybersecurity measures.

Disabled individuals, the center is a medical system.
In the 2021 data breach, SARC notified those who were
eligible that their information may have been compromised.
In spite of the fact that SARC has not admitted any wrongdoing,
it has agreed to provide eligible claimants
with payments ranging from $500 to $2,500
These allegations may also be resolved by
an undisclosed sum for other claimants.
