The Federal Government is set to offer one-time
Relief payments of up to $1,000 to hundreds of
Americans this week. Approximately $30 million in
Funds will be distributed to workers in Connecticut.
The program is part of Premium Pay, sometimes called Hero Pay,
which was introduced last spring by Governor Ned Lamont and the state legislature.
The checks range from $200 to $1,000 and are presented to over
100,000 key employees. By October 1, 2022, the application
for the aid must be submitted. In the beginning of February,
