The final wave of refunds worth up to $1,050 will be issued
within eight days, according to the stimulus update
California taxpayers will receive the final wave of the Middle Class Tax Refund in eight days.
Residents of California who filed their 2020 taxes by
Oct. 15, 2021 are eligible for these payments.
This final wave of payments will be made in the form of
a debit card to all recipients by Feb. 14. Those who have changed
their addresses since filing their 2020 tax return will be eligible,
according to the California Franchise Tax Board.
For the 2020 tax year, joint filers must have had an adjusted
Gross income of $150,000 or less to receive the full $1,050 payment.
It is possible to receive a refund of $200 at the most from this program.
For the 2020 tax year, this amount will be given to single filers
without dependents who had an adjusted gross income
between $125,001 and $250,000.
